Policies and Payments
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:
To cancel or reschedule any lesson we require at minimum of 24-hours notice. Failure to cancel 24-hours before your scheduled lesson time may result in being unable to be rescheduled, rescheduled in a timely manner, and the time may still be charged. We will work with you to the best of our ability to reschedule and help schedule make-ups with proper notice.
Lesson/Evaluation Payment:
All lessons or evaluations must be paid for in full. Lessons will not be scheduled until payment is received. No refunds will be given.
Lesson Package Terms:
- Payment due upfront
- Punch card will be held on file with coach
- Can use your lesson punch card at anytime with no expiration
- Reschedules and make-ups may be possible if instructors schedule permits, we will do our best within reason to help student receive their lessons
- No refunds permitted
